Laidback Luke ft. Chuckie & Martin Solveig – 1234 (Original Mix)

MixMash’s next monster release is Laidback Luke’s UMF premiered “1234,” which features Chuckie and Martin Solveig. The production effort comes solely from Luke, as Chuckie and Solveig contribute only to the chanting vocal that is so similar to  ”Who Is Ready To Jump.” Luke plans for “1234″ to be his summer anthem, stating “…To me 1234 is the epic-ness of the epic tracks, but I wasn’t even ready for such a huge success of this tune in such a short time.” Fans whom have been waiting for the release of this track since Ultra can finally breathe a sigh of relief and purchase it on Beatport today.

Dirty South debuts possible new collaboration with Alesso at Creamfields Perth

Dirty South and Alesso have been hanging out in the studio in Australia for the past week or so (and documenting their antics on Twitter), and it looks like attendees at Creamfields in Perth Australia were the first to hear the fruits of their labor. We don’t know much about the track in the video above, except that it has a vocal and that it has some really beautiful string elements. You can clearly hear the production elements of both Dragan and Alesso, leading us to wonder why these two have never worked before. The YouTube uploader believes it could be called “City of Dreams,” or “I Still Miss You,” but we don’t have any way to know at this point. We wish there were more to tell you, but unfortunately that’s all we’ve got for now. Maison & Dragen – Wet Dreams

There are three categorizations of DJs: overrated, underrated, and properly rated. Categorizing DJs usually causes commotion because it’s hard to agree on who goes where, and more importantly, why they go there. Maison and Dragen are outliers (thank you Malcolm Gladwell), because they are easy to categorize. To simply put it, they are so drastically underrated it’s a crime. Case in point: A-Trak and Madeon’s remixes to Martin Solveig’s “The Night Out” received all the acclaim, but Maison and Dragen’s remix could arguably be the best out of the bunch. Progressive fans should have no fear, because if this duo keeps pumping out tunes such as ”Wet Dreams,” we can’t ignore them for much longer.
